Grasse holiday villa rental with 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests fully furnished and with private swimming pool.

This charming, detached holiday property enjoys a private outdoor swimming pool (8m x 2.5m; depth 1.5-1.6m) in the well-maintained, shady gardens. Located on the outskirts of Grasse, a lovely town and the perfume capital of France, the property is adjacent to Chanels private rose fields, and provides an excellent base to enjoy all the French Riviera has to offer.

This includes the stunning seaside resorts such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco and also the inland treasures such as Saint Paul and Vence.

During the day there are a few small local trains running from Grasse to Cannes which pass behind the property.

Shop, café/bar and restaurant 100m, beach 16km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room, separate toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft 3in bed), 1 twin.

Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sep, €65 supplement Oct to Apr, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, 2 highchairs, colour TV (French channels only), DVD player, radio/cassette/CD player, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are 2 fenced ponds in the garden. The ground floor bedroom is accessed via a separate entrance.
