The property is located close to shops and restaurants in the centre of Fréjus and only 2km from the beaches. The Aquasplash waterpark is 1km away. The two fashionable resorts of Fréjus and Saint Raphaël, set in a well sheltered bay, are lively all year round.



Take a beautiful 38km drive to the south to the jet setters’ paradise of Saint Tropez (however in the summer months it is advisable to take the boat ride across the bay). An equally beautiful 38km drive to the north east takes you to the beautiful resort of Cannes. An all-year-round holiday property.
