1 bedroom holiday villa to rent on the outskirts of Frejus, in a very peaceful residential area, this semi-detached holiday villa is ideally placed to enjoy all the pleasures and attractions of the coastline, whilst still being away from the crowds. With a large covered terrace facing the beam shaped swimming pool, it has a comfortable living room and a large bedroom, which both open onto the terrace. The charming, quiet owner who is a painter lives discreetly above (only during spring and autumn). The swimming pool is private for guests during high season. Fréjus has a wonderful beach but also all facilities with lively cafés, bars can be found in the Old Town. St Tropez is only 40km away as well as the famous town of Cannes with its yacht harbour and summer fireworks.
