Overview
The cottage is part of La Petite Auberge, a converted 17th century farm, situated on the edge of a village, surrounded by vineyards and fruit orchards. It is ideal for a base to visit the Dordogne valley, local restaurants and wineries, or just to laze around the lovely gardens and pool.
The cottage has a large comfortable living/dining/kitchen area, with seperate double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The living area has stone walls and exposed wooden beams, cool in the hot summer days that the Dordogne is famous for.

Located on the edge of the sleepy village of Razac d'Eymet, just 4 Kms from the bastide town of Eymet, where there are many restaurants and bars and a lovely weekly market.
The area is famous for its wine and local regional delacies such as foie gras, a gourmets paradise!
Within 2 hrs drive you can find sites dating from pre-historic times to the 2nd World War, vineyards, waterparks, canoeing, horseriding, golf to keep people of all ages fully occupied.

This room has a comfortable settee, armchairs and a dining table that takes up to 6 people (for those with friends dropping in for a meal or a drink!)There is a selection of books to read during your stay, with a larger libray in the Auberge if you actually run out of things to read!
The kitchen comes fully equiped with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and fliter coffee maker.
The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed (King Size)with drawer unit and wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, WC and wash basin. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
