3 bedroom villa rental in Eymet. This lovely holiday villa has a private swimming pool and is situated in a quiet area close to the village of Eymet in the Dordogne.



All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with wood burning stove. Three bedrooms; one double with en-suite shower room/WC, two twin. Shower room/WC.



This charming, detached single storey holiday cottage is situated on a quiet country lane close to the very popular bastide town of Eymet. The stone built property is typical of what you might expect of your holiday home in the Dordogne. Original features, stone walls, oak beams and a feature fireplace with a woodburning stove. A spacious open plan living area, two bathrooms, modern appliances and satellite TV provide all your home comforts. Outside is where you can really appreciate the beauty of the region. A terrace area overlooks the private swimming pool and lawned garden and there are fabulous views of the adjoining countryside and farm land. Lazy days by the pool can be combined with visits to some of the region's many attractions. For those who enjoy French culture and history the bastides of Monflanquin, Villereal and Beaumont are definitely a must to visit. For wine lovers the many Châteaux of Bergerac are within 20km, and for the more active cycling, horse riding, canoeing and an 18-hole golf course can all be found locally.
