Overview

The latest of our barn conversions, Lys has been sympathetically renovated and has wonderful views from the mezzanine, over the vine- yards and countryside from the mezanine floorLys is fully equipped and has all the comforts of home. Oil central heating make this a year round home.
Where ever possible we have exposed the beautiful stonewalls and original beams have been used to create some outstanding features.
Lys is perfect for two people.The lounge is very comfortably furnished, having a TV, DVD. hifi., DVD's, books and games. The delightful kitchen / dining room is open plan, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. French doors lead onto a very private patio with BBQ and garden furniture.
The main bedroom is on the'L' shaped mezzanine floor, There is also a double bed settee which can be divided off by a full sized screen. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet.
The swimming pool is positioned in the top garden which soaks up the sun from morning to evening. There are sun loungers, table & Chairs and also a children's unsupervised play area with swings, toddlers slide, climbing rope plus many trikes and other outside children's toys.
Why not try the fruit from our apple, pear, plum and apricot trees or the strawberries and raspberries.
