Overview

One of three Gites, Hennessy (3 bed)has been sympathetically renovated from a cognac distillerie, within the grounds of Le Logis (manor house). Located within a picturesque village, on the banks of the River Charente, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields, Gites du Logis offers the ideal location for a family holiday. Excellent facilities for adults and children include a heated private pool, a gamesroom, a private gym, pet corner, a bar and Moroccan lounge.

Each Gite has been designed in its own unique way All Gites have the following:
All lounges have flat screen TV, DVD,CD and internet access.
The kitchens have dishwashers, microwaves, and all modern appliances.
The bedrooms can be arranged as either twins or doubles
The dining rooms have wooden table and comfortable chairs.
The bathrooms comprise of shower washbasin and W.C.
A separate laundry room is available for guests use.
Each Gite has barbecue area and private terrace or garden.

Located on the river charente, between the towns of Saintes (15 mins) and Cognac (15 mins).The magnificent Roman Arch and Ampitheatre in Saintes are fabulous and Tours of the brandy houses in Cognac are interesting.Both towns have numerous bars restaurants and markets.



Local activities for adults and children include Canoe/kayaking, horse/pony trekking, bike rides and Le Paleosite an archaeological adventure centre is 15 mins away.The sandy beaches of the Atalantic coast are 30 mins away.
