A very nice cottage in a very nice corner of the world” (client quote 2006)Comfortably furnished, oak beamed cottage set in an idyllic location. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 plus cot. Enjoy the tranquility of our private garden, bordering the Forest of Coetquen. Walk or cycle through the forest and quiet country lanes. Visit the nearby medieval town of Dinan, stroll through the cobbled streets or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants by the river.

Superb sandy beaches, championship golf courses, fishing, watersports and numerous tourist attractions are within easy reach.

The ground floor has a spacious oak beamed lounge/diner, large fully equipped kitchen and shower room/wc. The first floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 with full size bunkbeds and bathroom/wc. Steep stairs lead to a large double bedroom on the third floor. Private parking for 2 cars.

The village of St Helen, with a shop and 2 bars is less than 1 km and a well stocked fishing lake where regular competitions are held is only 15 mins walk. The popular tourist city of medieval Dinan and the River Rance are a short drive away.
