Overview

Brittany, especially the Cotes d'Armor is a very beautiful area which can be explored time and time again. The house is situated in an ideal position for sightseeing trips to radiate out in all directions.
This Bretton House is a family holiday home, which has been renovated to a comfortable standard and decorated to give a feeling of warmth. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 plus baby facilities.The ground floor comprises entrance hall leading to the living room and staircase to the first floor. The living room has comforable seating for 7 with dining for 6 around the oak table. The kitchen area has everything needed for a family on holiday. From the living room is a small corridor with w.c. and shower areas and leads on to the ground floor twin bedroom.The first floor has a small landing leading to a large double bedroom and a twin bedded room.All bedrooms are heated for the off season with electric convector heaters and in the main room is a woodburner stove with an ample supply of seasoned logs.The safe enclosed garden faces south-west and overlooks the village square. In the summer the garden catches the sun from mid morning and is very warm, there is also a barbeque and garden furniture and off road parking for one car.Across the road can be found a convenience shop and the village bar. All the locals are considered friends and they extend a warm welcome to all our guests.

The house is situated 45 miles south-west of St. Malo. Coming off the motorway at Dinan follow the signs through the villages of Brusvily, Yvignac, Brooms and Ereac. At Ereac Merillac is only 3 miles away on the D16.
