Overview

All on ground level, the house seems to blend effortlessly with its surrounding of wild maquis backed by impressive granite mountains and still just a short drive from the magnificent sweep of golden sands at Portigliolo, and just a few minutes further to the superb shallow bay of Campomoro.

Villa Belle Vue is used by the owners during the winter so offers homely, traditional style accommodation as well as some Corsican touches here and there where the owners have added their own touch (they occupy a separate apartment below in summer). The house is arranged all on one level with two bedrooms; one with double bed and one with twin beds making this house ideal for a family.

There is an open plan living/dining room and a well equipped kitchen with a hob and oven as well as a microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom and separate toilet. Air conditioning is offered in the living room and one of the bedrooms for the added comfort of guests.

Location & area

Outside, the house is surrounded on two sides by terraces with beautiful views over the bay - the perfect place to relax in the evenings and look out for dolphins in the bay or maybe enjoy an al fresco lunch from the built in barbeque before a refreshing dip in the pool. Loungers and parasols have been provided on the terrace around the 9 x 4.5m pool.



Villa Belle Vue is very much a village house whilst still managing to offer a good degree of privacy. Situated in the village of Belvedere, some of the most amazing sites in Corsica are within easy reach - Campomoro with it's enormous Geneoese tower and shallow golden beaches, Portigliolo which is popular with windsurfers, the protected coastline from Campomoro to Tizzano, Sartene 'The most Corsican of Corsican towns'. And of course the high mountains of Bevella and the Alta Roca.
