The minute you arrive you can feel relaxed in the warm friendly welcome and enjoy your perfect holiday. You will see that the rooms have everything that you want from a B&B, clean, spacious, full of character and a comfortable bed where you can have a restful and quiet nights sleep.


Our days were filled with excitement with so much to see and do from the D Day Landing beaches to the Bayeux Tapestry and Mt St Michel to name but a few. Staying at La Mare Palu was like staying with friends we had known a long time and you can feel safe knowing that you have made the right choice.


After the best nights sleep we had had in ages we enjoyed trying the mouth watering breakfast from omelettes to banana pancake and egg and ham muffins. We felt pampered by our stay. Think about everything you want from your bed and breakfast and believe me you will find it here and more at La Mare Palu. But be quick they book up quickly

Set in the Regional Cotentin and Bessin national park on the outskirts of a small French Village. Surrounded by a real working dairy farm. Because we are in the Regional park there are plenty of walks and cycling routes. 10 minutes away from all local town ammenities, including restaurants, bars, marina, shops, post office and banking. 30 minutes away is the Bayeux Tapestry and theme parks and zoos, whilst an hour away is Mont St Michael. We are only 20 minutes away from the Normandy D Day Landing beaches and museums.
