Overview

Welcome to our exclusive self catering Gite, a three en-suite bedroom + adjoining twin bedroom accommodation with pool near Cognac and Saintes in the Charente Maritime, perfect for six to eight people. It is set in a truly tranquil and peaceful location situated on top of a hill with magnificent views of the vineyards and surrounding forest.

It is a lovely place to bring the whole family or come with a group of friends to really enjoy the many things that you can do in this area or simply chill out and totally relax in this rural location.

The gite is a spacious 200m², and is part of a century old Charantaise farmhouse that is surrounded by a two acre secluded garden with seasonal fruit trees. Your family holiday Gite boasts two double bedrooms en-suite plus another large double bedroom en-suite with adjoining twin bedroom which can facilitate four people very comfortably.

The Gite of course has a fully equipped kitchen/diner and a lounge.

There is an 8 by 4m² swimming pool, and when the Gite is booked the swimming pool and all facilities are for your exclusive use.

Luckily, we are very easy to find and are centrally located near Cognac and near Saintes for restaurants, shops, markets, golf and all main routes to airports etc.There is also private parking.
