Les Vignes is located in the picturesque region of the Loire-Atlantique, 10 kms east of the famous market town of Chateaubriant and easily accessible via ports or Nantes and Rennes airports.It lies equidistant between the cathedral cities of Nantes, Angers and Rennes
“Les Vignes”
The Vines, is aptly named for its sweet grapevines growing on the front walls of the cottage. The cottage enjoys wonderful south facing views across the 25 acre park and beyond into the beautiful French countryside and has a private setting within the grounds.
The cottage is single storey and therefore suitable for people with restricted mobility. It is a newly converted, centrally heated, traditional “long house” which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably. It is also possible to sleep up to two further people by means of sofa beds in the sitting room. There is a private garden area to the front of the property which is equipped with a barbeque and garden furniture, offering a delightful setting for relaxing outdoor meals on warm summer evenings. Ample private parking.
