Residence Les Barrats is located around five minutes` walk from Place Balmat - the town square - and two minutes from the shops and facilities of Chamonix Sud, which is also the location of the main bus stop. It`s centrally located in a quiet, tree lined-setting.

Refurbished to a very high standard in Autumn 2007, it comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can convert to a double), a separate bathroom and a WC. The open plan lounge/dining room has a modern, stylish well equiped kitchen and two balconies (one with evening sun and views of Mont Blanc). It has parking and ski/bike cellar.
