Overview

Consisting of 3 chalets with 4 apartments in each, this small development is situated in Les Pecles, a residential area consisting of the oldest and most beautiful houses in the valley. Yet only 8 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix where you will find all the shops, bars, and restaurants.The ski area of Chamonix is a few minutes by car or there is a local bus stop 30 metres from the front door. The views of Mont Blanc are stunning.

Location & area

The chalet-apartment is in a central location 8 minutes into the centre of Chamonix. To access the skiing I recommend that you have a car as there is a free underground car parking space with the apartment. The slopes are all within a 5 minute drive away.
