Overview

A fabulously placed apartment on the third floor in a new complex. The apartment for up to 4/7 people, comprises lounge with dining table, and two bedrooms. On entry is a welcome hall with cupboards. In the lounge - living area a stereo, TV and DVD player, a double sofa bed, further storage cupboards and a lovely balcony facing Mont Blanc. Separate bath room , and separate toilet. Two bed rooms, each with built in wardrobes, one double bedroom and a second bed room with bunks the bottom bed is a double, so perfect for Families or two couples. Not forgetting, the lounge balcony - and its lovely views of Mont Blanc. The kitchen is equipped with a duel electric hob, mini- oven, coffee machine kettle and dishwasher.
Access to the apartment is via a locked secure entrance. The garage is very convenient to the apartment lift.
The apartment has a surface area of 54 meters squared. This apartment is only available for Saturday-to-Saturday rental and is NON-smoking. There is even a public laundry in the residence.


Extras services: Cleaning, baby-sitting, transfers to airport, welcome packs (food in the kitchen when you arrive), linen hire, Champagne in the fridge, introduction to mountain guides and ski instructors.
