Overview
The Orchard Studio is situated 40 miles west of Perpignan and its airport and positioned on the edge of the tranquil village of Fosse in the heart of the wine producing Fenouilledes in the Pyrenees Orientale .
The Orchard Studio is a comfortable holiday home for couples who enjoy peace and quiet and the beauty of open and unspoiled countryside.
It has a separate entrance via its large and private sunny garden with terrace and a small private stand alone pool (may-sept)
The Kitchen has a 4 burner gas hob and electric oven , extractor fan , fridge with freezer box , kettle and toaster as well as all crockery and cutlery. The dining area is situated opposite with a table and 2 chairs.
The Living room has a 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs , coffee table , book shelf with various books for holiday reading and a selection of maps and local information. For early or late season bookings there is a large electric radiator and log burning fire.
The separate sleeping area has a comfortable double bed , bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and drawers for clothes.
The Shower room has a walk-in shower , a wash basin with mirror above and shelving and a toilet.
Outside there is the west terrace which has a gas bar-b-q , table and chairs for outside eating and 2 sunloungers , the large garden is also for exclusive use.
The small free standing , private pool(3mts x 1mt) is available from may to september.
The village of Fosse also has a large open-air pool , open July and August.

Fosse is situated in the heart of the stunning Fenouilledes area , a major wine producing region. The open and unspoiled countryside is ideal for thoes who want to escape to peace and quiet and enjoy all the flora and fauna on offer all year round.
The nearest village is Caudies de Fenouilledes , approx 10 minutes ,and here you will find a bar , restaurant , small supermarket , chemist , butcher , bread shop and tabac.
In the small town of Saint Paul de Fenouilledes , approx 15 minutes drive , you will find a bigger selection of shops , bars and cafe`s along with a supermarket , bank and petrol station.
