Overview
'Le Marin' is a pretty house set on the edge of a medieval village, near Carcassonne.
It has a large garden with fenced private 12m x 5m pool from which there are stunning views overlooking vineyards and sunflower fields - a perfect place for a summer holiday rental.
The house as exposed timber ceilings, terracotta tiled floors.
The cool and spacious living room and eating area also has a woodburning stove for winter renting, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system.
There is a very well equipped kitchen,
3 Bedrooms (one with private roof terrace).
Large top floor room sleeps 4
The gite has both a bathroom and seperate shower.
