Rue de la Gaffe is a quiet medieval street and is mentioned in Kate Moss' Labryinth. Apartment is located on first floor of small apartment building which has friendly English owners. Rue de la Gaffe is a few minutes walk from the Medieval Cité & the Bastide St Louis (city centre) both which have a wide selection of shops,bars & restaurants. The Canal du Midi & river are also very close & provide great picnic spots. You can buy fresh bread from the local boulangeries & a variety of fresh produce at the market. Free local parking (2 mins. walk). A car is not necessary, but if you wish to explore further afield, the autoroute is 5 minutes & you can reach the coast in 40 minutes.
