Overview

Spacious and sunny apartment, recently renovated - one bedroom (double bed) - living area (with good sofa-bed), equipped kitchen (microwave/oven, halogene hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster etc) and shower room with toilet.


Apartment in central Carcassonne (1920s ).


Many original features - parquet floors and floor tiles - high ceilings, third floor (sorry - no lift!).


Ideal for a "city break" - no need for a car as the airport shuttle is only 50m distant and most of Carcassonne is in easy walking distance.


It is well insulated - cool in summer and warm in winter (central heating).


Quiet as it looks over gardens with trees.


There is available free parking 50m distant (if you have a car).


Cot and high chair available as well as extra bed (free) and sheets can be provided if required (for a small supplement)
