The apartment is only two minutes walk to the Rue D' Antibes, Cannes' main shopping street, and 8 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals, the Old Port and the delightful Old City, (known as Le Suquet) with it's restaurants and nightlife.

This comfortable flat has a double bed, as well as a three quarter pull-out sofa bed. It has a bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine.

It is directly next door to the apartment, Cezanne, making it perfect for business or holiday groups who would like to be close but to retain a little privacy
