Lovely one bedroomed Provencale apartment in basement of classic French building in Le Suquet - the old town of Cannes on the French Riviera. Large sun terrace, one double bedroom and spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is also a bathroom, and separate utility cupboard with washing machine / ironing facilities.

The property is in the old town area of Cannes - Le Suquet, with an enormous selection of top restaurants and bars under 2 mins walk away. The port is seven mins walk away, as is the Croisette, and the main shopping street - Rue d`Antibes. The daily Fourville market is 5 mins walk and the beach is only 2 minutes away. There is a general food store on the corner of the street to collect your daily freshly baked baguette, and it is a very short walk up to the church and castle, which have amazing views across Cannes and the Cote D`Azur.
