Centrally located perfect for a self catering holiday, a corporate let, business travellers and congress and festivals. Beach: 1minPalais: 5mins Le Grand Hotel complex. The studio is situated behind the Grand Hotel on the Croisette.South facing terrace, sleeps 2. Kitchen: The studio has a self catering kitchette including a hob, fridge/freezer and microwave installed in Apr 2007. This would be perfect for self catering holidays or buisness travellers.Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Towels are included.Studio: The studio has a sofa bed which is very comfortable. The bed will be made on your arrival and you have the flexibilty to fold away into a sofa for the day time.Air Conditioning / HeatingThe studio also has a flat screen TV, wall mounted and a DVD player so you can watch films in bed!

The studio is located in the centre of Cannes, known as the Banane. Its directly behind the Grand Hotel on the Croisette, 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the Palais des Festivals where the congress take place. Its also 1 minute away from Rue D'Antibes; a fantastic street for shopping, and cafes.

The studio has a brand new sofa bed (Apr 2007) which is very comfortable. The studio is perfect for a couple but if you need an extra bed I can provide a self inflating aerobed which is surprisingly comfortable!
Opposite the sofa is a flat screen TV and DVD player.
