Overview

Funky vibrant decor and small balconies are to be enjoyed in both bedrooms. Each bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are reading lamps above each bed along with bedside tables. One bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower and vanity area.
The contemporary living area benefits from large south facing windows. Relax on the comfortable sofa or one of two black leather easy chairs. The living area leads out onto a sunny south facing balcony where you can dine al fresco on the outside table with four chairs. Back inside, there is a wooden dining table with 6 funky red chairs. A serving hatch to the kitchen ensures the cook is not left out of dinner conversation.
The bathroom is part tiled and contains a bath with shower attachment over and a sink vanity unit. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower and vanity unit. There is a separate WC.
The modern kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, a 4 ring hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a beautiful residential art deco building. There is no lift.
