Perfect location just 90 metres from the beaches and glamour of La Croisette and the upmarket shopping area, the Rue d'Antibes. The Palais des Festivals convention centre is about 6 minutes away by foot along the seafront.


A huge selection of restaurants and bars is very close yet the immediate area is quiet, safe and residential.Several supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walking distance.The rail station and airport bus stop (Gray d'Albion) are within 500 metres.

The south facing studio has sliding doors opening onto a furnished 7m2 terrace with garden views. The north facing studio has sliding doors and city views. Otherwise the rooms are similar in layout and similarly furnished with cosy armchairs or a settee. Each studio has two single 90cm (3 feet) beds which can be combined to make one very large bed. The beds can also slide under each other to make a single bed/ couch and create more space if required. Both studios have a small open fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with overhead shower. Both rooms are equipped with TVs and CD players with radios. Satellite televison and a DVD player are available in the south room. Both rooms have Wifi internet access. The south facing room has a full oven with grill and a microwave. The north facing room has a microwave with grill. The terrace has garden furniture and an electric sun canopy. Electric shutters throughout. Car parking if required is available at street level or at the nearby Hilton underground garage (payable locally).
