Overview

Two superbly situated studios, one with a south facing terrace on the 1st floor of a nice modern building with caretaker in the exclusive Carre d'Or area of the "banane" right in the centre of Cannes.

These versatile studios are comfortable,light and well furnished with their own entrances, air-conditioning and Wifi internet access.

Each has a bathroom and kitchen and can sleep 2 people. They can be totally separate and self contained or combined via a locking interconnecting door to form one integrated unit.The accommodation is ideal for groups of people who want to be together but also have the opportunity for a little extra privacy and independence.

Bedding configurations are also flexible. The two single beds in each room can be joined to form one very large bed or can slide under each other to make a single bed/couch,giving extra seating and space if required.

Perfect location just 50 metres from the beaches and glamour of La Croisette and the upmarket shopping area, the Rue d'Antibes. The Palais des Festivals convention centre is around 6 minutes away by foot along the seafront.


A huge selection of restaurants and bars is very close yet the immediate area is quiet, safe and residential.Several supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walking distance.The rail station and airport bus stop (Gray d'Albion) are within 500 metres.

Excellent for either congress or holiday rental.

Location & area

Stunning location between the Croisette and rue d'Antibes. Two minutes walk south to the beaches and glamour of La Croisette or two minutes north to the designer shopping on the Rue d'Antibes.

Supermarkets and bakeries are in close proximity. Bars and restaurants are practically on the doorstep but just far enough not to be disturbing.

The south facing studio has sliding doors opening onto a furnished 7m2 terrace with garden views. The north facing studio has sliding doors and city views. Otherwise the rooms are similar in layout and similarly furnished with cosy armchairs or a settee.


Each studio has two single 90cm (3 feet) beds which can be combined to make one very large bed. The beds can also slide under each other to make a single bed/ couch and create more space if required.


Both studios have a small open fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with overhead shower. Both rooms are equipped with TVs and CD players with radios.

Satellite television and a DVD player are available in the south room. Both rooms have Wifi internet access.


The south facing room has a full oven with grill and a microwave. The north facing room has a microwave with grill.
The terrace has garden furniture and an electric sun canopy.
Electric shutters throughout.


Car parking if required is available at street level or at the nearby underground garages(payable locally).
