The location of this apartment makes it ideal for beach/tourist holidays and is equally suited for business/congress due to it very close proximity to the Festival Hall.
The apartment itself is decorated to a very high standard with everything needed for todays modern living such as flat screen TV, DVD, CD player etc., yet retaining the style of the Art Deco period with quality furnishings. This is apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room - it is fully equipped for 4 people.Every amenity you may need is located within an easy stroll from the apartment, eg. the port, the harbours (old and new) countless shops bars resturants not to mention a few markets and supermarkets and of course you cannot visit Cannes without going to the cinema! (Quite a few of those too) The railway station and bus station are a few minutes away to explore further afield (Nice, Monaco, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez).
