This delightful, fully air-conditioned, one bedroom apartment is located 15 minutes walk from the Croisette and the convention centre (Palais des Congres), it is on the 2nd floor and has a lift/elevator. The apartment is composed of a large living room, opening on to a huge terrace, with views on to the private gardens and the large swimming pool, and distant sea views, one bedroom, one modern bathroom, independent toilet, telephone, WiFi ADSL Internet access is available for the use of guests at a nominal weekly charge, fax and cable TV and DVD player.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.


The bedroom, the sitting room and the kitchen all have opening doors onto the large terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the communal gardens.

Cannes is situated about 15 miles west of Nice International Airport, & can be reached on the motorway in approx. 25 minutes by car. * The Croisette, in Cannes, is where you will mingle with the rich and famous. * The 'Croisette' is the Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills, Manhattan's Fifth Avenue, or Chicago's Lake Shore Drive. On the Croisette you will find the boutiques of the Haute Couture designers of the world including Versace, Hermes, Channel, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Yves St. Laurent, and many, many others. * Here you will find the casinos Cannes is famous for: they are located in the Carlton Hotel, the Noga Hilton, and the Palais des Festival. The fourth casino, the Palm Beach Casino, is located at the other end of Cannes in the Palm Beach area. Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood literally just a few steps from the center of activity (one-and-four-tenths kilometers from the Palais des Festivals).

There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette.



The shops are just a few minutes walk away.



Tennis is available at Cannes Tennis Club, (about a 20 minutes walk away), behind the Martinez Hotel.



Sailing and scuba diving classes are available on the beach near Pointe Croisette, which is about a 10 minute drive away. Passenger ferry boat services to St Tropez & Iles de Lerins depart Cannes marina.
