A large light apartment on the third floor with a lovely, equipped terrace and set in tranquil gardens with a delightful view to the sea. Large swimming pool. Well situated in a quiet residential area but only fifteen minutes walk to the heart of Cannes.
This comfortable flat has one double bed and 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, independent wc and fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge, oven and washing machine.
