Overview

This contemporary designed, 2 double bed apartment is located just 3 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals. It is just moments from the public and private sandy beaches of La Croisette.
It is a very convenient location for conference visitors at the Palais. Excellent local restaurants, the old harbour, the bus station, which has a regular half-hourly service to airport, the train station. It’s close to all the bars, shops both designer and food. The daily markets selling fresh produce and antiques, all within a 2 min walk.

The flat is bright, airy and spacious with high ceilings and was entirely renovated in June this year. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two people.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cappuccino maker and washer/dryer machine. The living area has seating for 4-6 people. There is also a table for four. The living area comes equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and internet access. The bathroom is designer and a good size with bidet bath, shower and toilet.

Towels and linen and final cleaning are provided.
