Overview

This apartment in Cannes Bai is an exceptionaly high quality apartment on the first floor of a "Prestige" building overlooking the beaches of the Moure Rouge, famous for its watersports and activities.

From its large terrace one has uninterupted views out over the sea as far as Antibes and in the distance even the Isles des Lerins, with the old fort in clear view.

The apartment itself is ony a few years old, and benefits from a very recent re-decoration. It is airconditioned throughout, with individual thermostats in each room.

There is an open plan kitchen next to the living area, with a raised "breakfast bar" making a social environment.

There are 2 large double bedrooms and a fitted bathroom with bath and shower, and also there is a seperate toilet. Security wise there are electric blinds thoroughout, and the building is well maintained and secure in a very safe area.
