Beautiful holiday house with swimming-pool to rent in the French countryside situated in the beautiful and unspoilt region of the Lot, South-West France, 20kms from the Dordogne in the region known as the Midi-Pyrenees, about 140 kms north of Toulouse which is also the closest airport.

It’s actually 2 independent houses, the original farmhouse and the converted grange . The way the property is set up makes it suitable for 2 families thus reducing costs per head. It's also ideal for separating different generations if needed!

The swimming-pool is a rectangular 12m by 6m with steps in one corner. It has a summer cover to keep in the warmth at nights. The pool is protected by a regulatory alarm system. There is a pool man who comes in twice a week for pool maintenance.

The property is available for rent as from 1st April 2006 with a minimum 1 week stay, and with flexible arrival and departure dates.

The “grange” has one large master bedroom one smaller double bedroom and a third quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two more beds i.e. total sleeping accommodation for 8 people comfortably. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower. There is a separate WC + washing-machine, very large salon, kitchen with dishwasher, terrace and outdoor eating area protected from the sun. There is also a TV and a Hi-Fi system.
