The apartment is on the first floor of a large well maintained building with a lift.

The large bedroom has fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, and like the living area, both have electric shutters at the patio windows and reverse cycle air-conditioning. There is a king size bed, two bedside tables and lamps.

In the living area there is a white leather sofa, large white console table and a 32 inch LCD TV. There is also a small glass desk for those who might want to work or surf the web whilst on holiday. Wi-Fi is available.
The shower room has a shower cubicle, large wash vasin encased in a marble surround and toilet.

The kitchen has real wood units, a large ceramic sink, large range oven and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine outside on the terrace if required. There is also a kettle and all the necessary utensils, pans, and glassware to prepare full meals.

This holiday apartment is situated in a renowned luxury residence known as "Le Lido" in Cros-de-Cagnes, in between St-Laurent-du-Var and Cagnes-sur-Mer. With its large peaceful and fantastically maintained grounds, fountains for the sheer hell of it, and luxury shared pools, not forgetting the private walkway to the beach. There are great restaurants all around and plenty of shops in Cros de Cagnes village just a few minutes walk away.
