Overview

The apartment consists of living room plus kitchen, one bedroom, one spacious bathroom, separate toilet,corridor. It would suit a couple or three people. It has been painted in an interesting way by an artistIt is comfortably furnished. Linen is provided and the flat is cleaned after every visit. There is a balcony overlooking the sea creating a wonderful view.

Location & area

The flat is situated 3 mintes from the sea. It is 20 minutes (by car) from Nice airport. It is well served by buses, 5 mintes away costing only 1 euro anywhere on the French Riviera. The train station is also 6 minutes away with a train going into Italy along the sea with lovely views along the way. The Tourist Office is situated downstairs. The town has been recently revamped to look like a mini Nice with palm trees along the coast. There are lovely walks and lots of shops and restaurants. The main cultural attraction is Renoir's house and the old town Haut de Cagnes with restaurants featured by Michael Winner. There is plenty to do for everyone or just to relax by the sea if that is what one wants.
