3 bedroom holiday villa rental in Cabris with private pool, just 1500m from the centre of Cabris. This lovely family villa is situated in a quiet location.



Ground floor: Living/dining room with fireplace and patio doors to terrace. Kitchen. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors. Separate WC. First floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom (accessed via first floor sun terrace) with basin. Separate WC. Private swimming pool (4.5m x 8.5m, depth 2m) with Roman steps.



This pretty and light house is situated down a lane just outside the fabulous Cabris with its historic church, bustling village centre, cafe's, restaurants and shops. It is built on a hill with terraced grounds full of olive trees and with views as far as the bay of La Napule. There are extensive and particularly beautiful views from the first floor bedrooms. From the living/dining room you gain access onto a large shady terrace and from here, down some steps you reach a second fenced terrace with a swimming pool. The house is set in a peaceful position near to a few other villas and has private parking for four cars, two of which are under cover. The pool can be lit at night and is surrounded by mature trees offering total seclusion.
