Overview

The farmhouse is situated approximately 6km from Pontivy and approximately 5km from the picturesque St Nicholas des Eaux which is situated on the River Blavet with boat trips, mini golf and canoeing. Fishing is a must and permits can be bought locally at St Nicholas des Eaux. The property has three bedrooms, one with en-suite, kitchen with through dining room and lounge. To the rear of the property is a BBQ and play area. The property is situated approximately 30/60 minutes drive from the nearest beach.

The accommodation comprises:

Fully equipped kitchen comprising cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

The kitchen leads through to the comfortable lounge/dining room which has a three piece suite, dining room table with six chairs satellite TV with DVD and log burner.

The kitchen also leads upstairs to:

Bedroom 1 with king size bed, double wardrobe, cot, bedside cabinets, portable tv and portable heater

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, portable tv and heater.

First floor shower room comprising shower, sink and wc.

A further staircase leads to bedroom 3 which has a double bed, wood and canvas "wardrobe", portable tv and portable heater.

Bedroom 3 has an en-suite with freestanding bath, wc and sink.

The rear of the property has the benefit of a BBQ, table and six chairs.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The property is cleaned weekly if required together with a linen and towel change weekly if required


There is an 18 hole golf course approximately 15 minutes drive from the property with a further golf course at Bieuzy des Eaux which is a 10 minutes drive.

The nearest beaches are:

Carnac Plage 45 minutes

Guidel Plage 50 minutes.

Quiberon 1 hour 15 minutes with many more to choose from.
