The House,
Recently finished its total renovation to a stunning residence, 3 lovely en-suite bedrooms.
Ground floor is open plan lounge, kitchen and dining.
All the bathrooms and the kitchen are tiled, the remainder of the floors are all in polished wood.
This property has WOW facter.
However our pricing is very reasonable because of the location, ideal for exploring Brittany, safe for the kiddies, BUT, the N137 is close by and we do get some traffic noise, if you want total calm and quiet we cant promise you this, sorry, but for the rest of you these 2 properties are lovely and priced to suit, because they are at the same location they could be ideal for a large family gathering, if both propertise are wanted for a single booking please contact me for a discount, also if either property is wanted for 2 consecutive weeks.

For Self catering Guests. Staying at Rochambaud House or Cottage, the first thing i will promise you is that they are spotlessly clean, both where it shows and where it doesent. Your bed linnen, towels, T towels and cleaning materials are all provided along with some tea, coffee, milk and suger to start you off, if you want me to get a few things in for you, you only have to ask. A BBQ, table and garden chairs will be provided and if you need a cot or anything extra if you ask we will do our best to provide it for you.
