Overview
La Petit Chene has been beautifully renovated & recently refurbished. This family owned traditional farmhouse is set in five acres of countryside and offers its guest bed & breakfast in spacious accommodation. Our guests could relax and enjoy or perhaps take a picnic or afternoon tea in our fruit orchard. There is ample parking space for our guests who may have a boat. We can offer a variety of rooms all with en-suite facilities. The family suite has been tastefully decorated incorporating a Master bedroom with inter-connecting access to a twin bedroom. Guests could take their breakfast alfresco on their own private terrace and benefit from their own independent ground floor access. The hamlet of Bellevue is situated close to the picturesque town of Allaire, village of Beganne and sailing port of Port Foleux. Nantes & Rennes are less than an hour away by car. Beautiful medieval towns, steeped in tradition and history of Rochefort en terre, Vannes, La Gacilly and La Roche Bernard are all close by and well worth a visit. We are near many interesting activities and attractions. Golfers can enjoy La Bretesche an 18 hole golf course set in the grounds of a fairytale chateaux and century old forrest. A ten minute car ride will take you to the local 9 hole at Caden. Families of all ages will enjoy the wonderful wildlife park and botanic gardens at Branfere which is only 20 minutes away. Long stretches of sandy beaches await you at Quiberon & le chic' La Baule. Closer, the small sandy cove at Billiers is great for young families.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
