Overview
This newly built gite is located in the pretty Breton village of St. Servant sur Oust in Southern Brittany. Tastfully decorated and comfortable to make your holiday in Brittany a relaxing and memorable one.
Bedrooms.
The gite is all on one level with 3 bedrooms, that can sleep up to 6 people.
2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. All bed linen supplied but not towels.
Lounge/Diner.
A large spacious area with TV and DVD player. Comfotable seating to relax on. Dining table and 6 chairs. Doors open onto the patio giving access straight into the garden.
Kitchen.
A well equipped kitchen with built-in oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses.
Bathroom.
Large bathroom with a bath and shower. Seperate WC.
Outside.
Garden to the front, laid to lawn with flower borders. To the rear of the gite there is a large garden with a patio, BBQ and children's activity centre. There is also a vegtable garden for your own pickings.
Parking.
Off road on the driveway. Room for 2 cars.
Location and the Local area.
St. Servant sur Oust is a ancient picturesque village situated in the Oust valley.
Ideal for walking and horse riding in this tranquil Breton countryside.
There are numerous Chapels and Chateaux in the area.
The Medieval town of Josselin is nearby with its Chateau and large supermarkets.
The Nantes-Brest canal is only a few minutes away, ideal for cycling, walking and fishing.
Only a 10 minute drive to the Lac au Duc a large natural lake with a beach and water sports. Also a golf course adjacent to the lake. Ploermel, a good sized town is here with a good selection of supermarkets,shops, bars and restaurants.
A 30 minutes drive south to the large town of Vannes offering great shopping and boat trips around the Gulf of Morbihan with its many islands.
The coast with its sandy beaches are 45 minutes.
