This delightful 3-storey town house is in the pretty town of Breil sur Roya in the Alpes Maritmes. It is not far inland from the French Riviera town of Menton - up from Monaco, Monte-Carlo and Nice in one of the most prestigious real estate areas of the world. You are close to the Italian border, Ventimiglia and the beautiful Italian Riviera - but also to the skiing areas to the north:
