Overview
la Grange is just one of the traditional stone houses situated at la Domaine de la Vilotte. The Domaine is a privately owned Estate comprising 90 acres of farmland, lake and gardens. Near to Issigeac, one of the best examples of a medieval bastide in the area, Villotte is only 18k from Bergerac airport and 20 from the town itself. Also within easy striking distance are any number of chateaux, vineyards, golf courses and other tourist attractions.
In detail La Grange is on two floors; ground floor includes a sizeable open plan kitchen diner living room plus a fully equipped utility room. The ground floor opens onto secluded lawn area with lake view. The first floor incudes; master bedroom and two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room (both with wc). The house is fully equipped with electric heating and wood burner.
