Overview

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a very secure, clean and modern building with a lift. There is a reception in the building with English speaking staff and a cafeteria where guests can enjoy coffee and breakfast. It also offers a secure underground parking.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bed side tables and a spacious built in wardrobe. The room leads on to the balcony and has automatic shutters for night time. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a shared bedside table. There is a large built in wardrobe in the hall just outside the bedroom door. There is no window in this second bedroom.

The living area is very bright and modernly decorated. Two big double sliding doors lead on to the quiet and spacious balcony. With a large cream sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player this living room provides comfort as well as all modern conveniences. To the back of the living area is a table with four high backed chairs. There is air-conditioning all through out the apartment as well as automatic shutters.

The main bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom and contains a bath tub, a wash basin and bidet. The WC is next door.
The second bath room is at the entrance to the apartment with a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
The white and modern kitchen, also leading on to the balcony, is fully equipped with washing machine, big fridge and freezer and a two hob stove. A microwave is also provided.

Known as Beausoleil, this small village is a stone's throw away from Monaco. For holiday makers you can't tell where Beausoleil ends and Monaco starts. The apartment block is located on the hills and offers amazing views from the surrounding streets on to the sea. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and it is only a 5 min. walk to the famouse Monaco casino square and everything else that Monaco offers.
