Overview

La Goutte Bruyère is located in the Allier, the most Northern region of the Auvergne.
The area is called the Montagne Bourbonnaise and is known for green landscape of hills, woods and fields.
This is an area almost untouched by tourism, and as yet virtually undiscovered by the British.
The romantic house with its thick walls to keep it cool in the summer, is completely restored to add modern comfort to ancient charm. Outside the large garden offers a wonderful view and is both sunny and sheltered.
La Goutte Bruyère is fully detached (plot of 1.5 Ha) and therefore offers maximum privacy.
On the groundfloor of this authentic farmhouse you will find a large cosy livingroom (40 m2) with a stove.
Also a TV, DVD player, radio/CD player.
Furtermore a bathroom with a sink and shower, a washingmachine and a separate toilet. The kitchen has been build in the former bread oven,
and is very complete with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, etc. etc.
From the living room you look up at the vide (void).
The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Two of which have a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed.
In the garden you will find -besides of course the garden furnitur- a big trampoline.
At the end of a small road you will find the fermette, up against a hill, at a height of about 450 meters.
On-site, you can go for walks and cycle rides. For activities and outings there are lots of options in the region like horse riding at only 5 km's, parachuting etc.
Also the town of Vichy is really worth a visit.
