Overview

Brand new summer house with all conveniences in Saaremaa, Estonia. The house is situated next to Kaavi lighthouse in Torgu, some 40 km from Kuressaare.

The house has three bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, WC, sauna and bathroom. There's beds for 8 and a sofa bed for two with bed linen up to 8 people. Large patio with furniture gives to south. The house has electric heating.

You find a shallow sandy beach only 200 meters from the house. Nearby Sörve is the southermost point of Saaremaa and famous birdlife sanctuary.

Rent for one week is 655€ and for two weeks 1 175€

Renting of the house is handled by Kulla Kinnisvara in Kuressaare. Please contact them to secure free times and for any additional information. They will also deliver the keys.
