Overview

Welcome to a clean, light, comfortable and quiet double room (twin beds) with a private entrance, fast internet connection for personal computers, cable TV, and free tea and coffee. The toilet/shower is shared and is just a step from the room, and although it is tiny, the bathroom is a marvel of practical Danish design. Linen, soap and towels are included.(Sorry, third floor, no elevator and non-smoking.)Vacancies now for September onwards.

The room is conveniently situated in Islands Brygge, a water-front district close to the city centre. The area has a unique blend of old and new architecture, small shops, cafes, pubs, artesians' studios and galleries and an open-air swimming pool.
Many of Copenhagen's main sights and attractions within walking distance;for example, it is just a 10-minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. Other places are easy to get to, as there are frequent bus services and a Metro station close by (only 5 minutes to Bella Center). The journey to and from the airport is only 25 minutes from door to door, and it takes no more than a few minutes to walk to Copenhagen University's Faculty of Humanities.
