Our nice new apartment (1,5 years old) is as close as you can get to Bella Center - overlooking the actual center from the terrace. 102 square meters and 24 squaremeters terrace with roof. Combined all new kitchen/dining room with livingroom. Separate master bedroom with double bed and a guestroom/office separated by a half wall. Washingmachine, tumbler and dish washer, parking space on the 5th floor next to the appartement, elevator. Lovely terrace with lounge area, barbecue, all new TV and music system. Computer + free Internet. In the livingroom it is possible to stay on our big sofa and will be perfetcly comfortable. In the guestroom there is a sofabed with room for two, and of course the master bedroom with big doublebed and TV. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, but it also has heating in the lounge area. The building is a combined Parking garage and appartements and has been awarded "Best new living building 2008" (www.vmbjerget.dk - see intro for pics). Huge windows and a lovely view over the whole of Ørestad. It will be rented out to a minimum of two people and a maximum of 5-6. The price per person is subject to discussion in relation to how many people that are staying there, and for how long of a time. All contact through email.
