This beautiful modern flat is a sample of 10 apartments in a new building in the centre of Prague 7, Holešovice suburb. All the furniture and equipment is in a higher standard. High quality ALNO kitchen (stove, oven, digester, refrigerator, and fridge), modern furniture and washing machine. Parking place is in the basement of the building, it is offered separately for 3000 CZK/month or 300czk/night. Very nice, glass-filled balcony is oriented to the south. Pantry out of the flat is also available, suitable for tools, sporting goods, bike storage, etc. The well known and fast growing neighborhood offers excellent civic amenities (shops, restaurants, theaters, clubs, and huge market-halls) for example two very know and popular music clubs are just few step from the apartment Music Club Mecca and Cross Music Club for those who likes better theatre there is Krizikova fontana. So the area is becoming very popular, there also big market which was popular even in very past times, and you can buy there almost everythink, the athmosphere is unforgetable Prazska Trznice. One of the highest advances is a perfect connection to the historical centre of Prague (It is very fast, cca 15minutes, and frequently going even at night) and public transportation options in general. For short stay would be very helpful direct bus line to the airport, which depart from Nadrazi Holesovice metro station, see the file attached. This part of Prague is also famous for its sufficiency of green and parks. You can relax by the Vltava river, "Letenske sady" park or in the biggest park of Prague "Stromovka". The most interesting offer in the proportion of price/quality! It will be almost impossible to find even tiny hotel room for such. Don't hesitate and book now!
