Overview

The house, which was built a towards the end of the 19th century, is located in the Nove Mesto’s residential/commercial zone in a row of houses in the tree-lined street leading to the Vltava River where stands the famous Dancing House by the architect Frank O. Gehry.




In 1999 the house was completely renovated and turned into an elegant and comfortable Jecna residential house. The renovation brought out a number exceptional decorative components of the house back to life, such as the Renaissance atrium arch near the entrance, the carved wooden gates, and also the glazing and doors from the early 20th century. Removing the excessive alterations of the past years restored the elegant original decorations throughout. The renovation work on the attic, with it’s timber roof structure, resulted in creating two unique attic flats.

Each flat has a kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, glass cooking hob with a digester, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washing basin, bidet, toilet and there is a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a hair dryer.

Cleaning of the flats and common areas are done by the house service.
