The Italian Residence has been created by a group of Italian entrepreneurs, restoring and expanding a period building dating back to the early 1900s.
The residence, made up of 26 apartments, is managed directly by the owners and offers hotel-grade services.
All the comforts and convenience of a rented apartment at a cost significantly lower thanthat of any hotel in Prague.

throw from the center of Prague (just 10 min.
walk) in the Prague/3 district, Zizkov, at 92nd
Borivojova road, near the central railway station
and the famous Vaclavske Namesti square.
The residence is easily accessible with public transportation: there is a bus stop 100 meters away and a subway station 300 meters away.
There is also a large covered public car park in the neighborhood.
