Our comfortable quiet flats are situated in the building "U Novaku". This building was originally built in 1878 adopting a classical revival style and then it was turned into an Art Nouveau by Polivka to meet public taste. The metal work of the balconies, the stained glass door and the wall covering mosaic (by Jan Preisler) have been greatly restored. It is located 1 minute walk from Wenceslas Square and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We offer 1 flat in this house - Mezzonette for 1-6 persons.
