The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles and a twin with double beds). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

There is also a master bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a shower room and WC.

The villa has a private 8x4m swimming pool. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.
